After we've gotten to know you, it's time to start creating. We start with the basics, to get you the idea of the future space.

We talk about placing the walls, finding lighting solutions, setting key elements for the future design, we create the outlook of floor and ceiling plans, we work on creating pallettes and millwork solutions. This way you get to sense the space before making final decisions. The goals of this step is to get set the scene for more detailed work and to make sure your wishes and demands are met on every level.

Now that we have the concept, we dive into more pragmatical and matter-of-fact issues.

We develop the created designs and make it into a final product – the buildable, imaginable and feasible design for your space. We now specify exactly all the wall, floor, ceiling, door and window plans and layouts, structural details, we define materials to be used in each phase of construction and design. We finalize the planning with professionals such as craftsmen, builders, and contractors to get on the same page about every detail before starting the construction.

After the meticulous preparation, we make your documentation.

This way we make sure everything is well thought through, well documented and well planned. We create documentation ranging from floor plans to power and data plans to dimension and material specifications and construction schedules.

We import and provide all necessary materials, finishings, and furniture, meeting even your wildest demands. We supply floors, windows, doors, tiles, stone, glass, furnishings and every other detail imaginable. All products and materials we provide are exclusively high-end brands, all 100% designed and made in Europe. You get to customize all the details and have everything designed and crafted especially for you by exclusive designers and producers from Italy, Croatia, Germany, etc. We work closely with producers and experts from various fields so we can provide you with a range of different options for the materials, finishings, and furniture available in high-end European design studios.
